Vogliamo offrirti un’esperienza trasparente e sicura.
I nostri prodotti sono download digitali immediati, quindi le regole sui rimborsi funzionano in modo diverso rispetto ai prodotti fisici.

💸 Quando possiamo offrire un rimborso completo

  • Pagamento non autorizzato:
    Se il tuo metodo di pagamento è stato usato senza permesso, ti rimborsiamo al 100% (servirà una prova ufficiale).

  • Nessun download effettuato:
    Se il file non è stato scaricato, possiamo annullare l’ordine e rimborsarti.

🛠 Se il file non funziona

Nessun problema.
Ti invieremo subito una versione corretta e funzionante dello stesso prodotto, senza costi aggiuntivi.

❌ Quando non possiamo offrire un rimborso

Per proteggere i nostri prodotti digitali e gli artisti che li creano, non possiamo rimborsare quando:

  • Il prodotto è già stato scaricato.

  • Il problema dipende da software esterni, aggiornamenti mancanti o dispositivi del cliente.

  • È stato acquistato per errore o duplicato.

📦 Bundle (pacchetti)

Sono super scontati, quindi:
non possiamo rimborsare i bundle dopo il download di anche un solo file incluso.
Controlla sempre la lista dei prodotti inclusi per evitare doppioni.

🛑 Cancellazione ordine

Puoi annullare l’ordine solo finché il pagamento non è stato elaborato.
Dopo il pagamento, il file viene attivato in automatico e l’ordine non può più essere annullato.

💸 When We Can Offer a Full Refund

Unauthorized Payment

If your payment method was used without your permission, we will issue a 100% refund.
(Official proof of unauthorized use is required.)

No Download Performed

If the file has not been downloaded or accessed, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

🛠 If the File Doesn’t Work

No worries.
We will immediately send you a fixed and fully working version of the same product at no additional cost.

❌ When We Cannot Offer a Refund

To protect our digital products and the artists who create them, we cannot process refunds when:

  • The product has already been downloaded or accessed.

  • The issue is caused by third-party software, missing updates, or device-related problems.

  • The product was purchased by mistake or duplicated.

📦 Bundles (Multi-Product Packs)

Bundles are heavily discounted, so:
we cannot refund a bundle once even a single file inside it has been downloaded.
Please review the list of included products to avoid purchasing duplicates.

🛑 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before the payment is processed.
Once the payment is completed, the digital files become instantly accessible, and the order can no longer be canceled.
